Ingredients & Instructions:
1-1/4 cups Miniature marshmallows
1 cup/3 bars chopped, Hershey's milk chocolate bars
1/2 cup chopped Walnuts
1/2 cup Margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup all- purpose flour
1/3 cup HERSHEY'S cocoa
1/2 Teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Directions
Pre-Heat oven to 350F; I used my Ninja Foodi™ 10-in-1 XL Pro Air Fry Oven.
Grease baking pan; I used a ceramic baking dish, which seems to heat and bake evenly with consistent temperatures.
Stir together marshmallows, chocolate, and nuts; set aside.
Place butter in a large microwave- safe bowl.
Microwave at (50%) 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until melted.
Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla; beat with spoon until well blended.
Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; stir until well blended. spread batter in pan
Bake for 22 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate mix over top and continue baking for 6 minutes.
