Scalloped Potatoes

I used a mandoline slicer and cut up 6 potatoes, cooked them in my IP for 3 min (Par boil potatoes on stovetop if no IP) with chicken broth as the liquid.


Drain and Season potatoes with Kinder's master salt, 1/3 block of velveeta cubed, 1 c milk, 3 tbsp butter mix togther.


Put potatoes in baking dish, add cheese/milk mixture and bake on 400* for 10-12 min.



check doneness until fork tender.
